Conditions of admission

.HarbourClub. members can be:

Active Chief Communications Officers (maximal 100), who bear overall responsibility for communication within their enterprise, report to executive management and lead a team.

A maximum of ten personalities who actively contribute an important contribution to achievement of HarbourClub’s purpose.

Admission process

Candidates for membership are verified by the managing board regarding fulfillment of requirements. The managing board decides upon admission. Please be aware that it can take some time between submission of your application and the decision of the board. New members introduce themselves to the club members on the occasion of a lunch.

End of membership

Membership ends with resignation or vacation of a function. The membership contribution expires. Members are obliged to communicate when the requirements for membership are no longer at hand. Members can be excluded for significant reasons. Exclusion requires a ¾-majority of present members.
