As one of AXA’s primary public voices and lead communication advisor to senior management, the Chief Communication Officer (CCO) develops drives and articulates the company’s communication strategy to position AXA as the most trusted and preferred financial services company.
The CCO builds and delivers through effective leadership, communication plans and targeted high-quality communication activities in order to:
Build and maximize awareness as well as strengthen and protect the image and reputation of the company,
Contribute to implement a strong performance and customer centric culture in the company,
Drive employee engagement.
The CCO is the agent of cultural change in the organization to support all major global initiatives.
The CCO anticipates and manages communication at times of crisis.
The CCO has a dotted reporting line to the AXA Group CCO.
