Beat Werder is Head of Corporate Communications at PubliGroupe S.A. Before joining the Lausanne-based leader in media sales and marketing services with offices in 20 countries, he was Chief Communications Officer at SCOR SE a leading global reinsurer. Prior to joining the French group in Paris, he worked at Swiss Re in Zurich as a manager of group media relations for five years. Before getting into reinsurance, he worked in public relations for Bertelsmann’s online venture bol. com and two leading communications agencies in Switzerland. Mr Werder holds master and bachelor qualifications in public administration (Cornell University), communications (Emerson College) and corporate finance (University of Zurich).
